Highlights from D-Link in the media this week are from SmallNetBuilder, CNET and Angie’s Angel Help
Scott Deleeuw recently reviewed the Pan & Tilt, Day/Night Network Camera (DCS-5020L) highlighting several of it’s features and recommending the DCS-5020L to customers looking for an inexpensive pan/tilt camera with excellent night vision. The DCS-5020L was the first camera for Scott to test that included the Wireless Extender functionality and while skeptical at first he later stated “it worked well and impressed me… My testing did not reveal any problems and actually revealed very good wireless range”. Dong Ngo of CNET featured the Wireless AC1750 Dual Band Gigabit Cloud Router (DIR-868L) in his round-up of “Printers and Peripherals for Back to School.” Dong writes, “The DIR-868L is the best 802.11ac router from D-Link and would make a great router for several roommates sharing one big house. If you’re a networking savvy type, it’s a great way to impress your peers. The good news is it’s also one of the more affordable choices among the high-end routers on the market”.
